Return Policy

At HodgePaws, your satisfaction matters. While most of our products are eligible for return, some items have restrictions due to the policies of our suppliers.


✅ Returnable Items

  • Most items can be returned within 15–30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

These products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Personalized, monogrammed, or special-order items

  • Used, opened, or unsanitary products (e.g., opened feeders or litter boxes)

  • Hygiene products, hazardous materials, and perishable goods


⚠️ Supplier-Specific Notes

  • May requires photo/video proof for damaged items. Additional documentation such as screenshots of disputes may be needed.

  • May accept returns within 30 days. A 20% restocking fee may apply for change-of-mind returns. Customers must pay return postage unless item is defective.

  • May fulfill orders from international warehouses if domestic stock is unavailable.

  • Some suppliers do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

  • We only ship within the United States. 

🔄 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@hodgepaws.com

  2. Include your order number, item name, and reason for return

  3. We’ll send return instructions specific to the supplier

  4. Refunds or exchanges will be issued once the return is received and inspected
