What is HodgePaws?
HodgePaws is your go-to shop for innovative pet tech. We specialize in tools that help keep your pets safe, comfortable, and connected, including GPS tracking collars, smart pet cameras, interactive toys, automatic feeders, and more.

Do you use the dropshipping business model? 
Yes! We work with a variety of trusted suppliers across the U.S. and globally to bring you the best in pet tech. While we don't warehouse products ourselves, we curate and support every item we sell.


🚚 Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on the supplier and your location. Most products arrive in 4–14 business days, but some items (especially international or specialized ones) may take longer.

Where do your products ship from?
Our products ship from suppliers in the U.S. , China, Belgium, and Taiwan. Depending on the item, it may be fulfilled from a warehouse closest to you—or from overseas.

Will my order arrive in one package?
Not always. If your order includes products from different suppliers, they may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico?
Some suppliers do not ship to these regions. If your location is affected, the product page will include a note or we’ll contact you before fulfilling the order.

How much is shipping?
Free shipping on all items at this time.

We only ship in the United States. 


🔄 Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 15–30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Some items are non-returnable—this will be noted on the product page.

How do I start a return?
Email us at support@hodgepaws.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return. We’ll walk you through the next steps based on the specific supplier’s return policy.

Are any products non-returnable?
Yes. Items from certain suppliers are non-returnable. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for personalized items, used sanitary products, or hazardous/perishable items.

Will I have to pay return shipping?
In most cases, yes—unless the item is incorrect or defective. Some suppliers may also charge a restocking fee.

Are all products tech-related?
Yes! We focus exclusively on pet technology—products that enhance pet care through smart features, automation, and remote monitoring. No everyday essentials, just next-gen solutions for modern pet parents.

Do your GPS collars require a subscription?
Some tracking collars may require an app or monthly subscription depending on the product. Be sure to check the product description for details. If there is a subscription, it is not through HodgePaws and we are not responsible for anything related to extra subscriptions. 

What if an item is out of stock in the U.S.?
In some cases items may be shipped from an international warehouse (e.g., China) if U.S. stock is unavailable. We’ll notify you if any major delays are expected.

Why do some of your prices say "From" on them and others don't?

Some of our products have different variants and each of those variants may be priced differently and this causes it to be displayed this way. So if you see "From" it means that you have more options to choose from for the specific product. Additionally, we have notes all on the product descriptions to help further explain this pricing display so there are no surprises at checkout.
